Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

Last updated October 13, 2026 · Highline Digital Holdings LLC, a Colorado limited liability company · support@highlinedigitalholdings.com

Why this page exists

Washington State’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s equivalent law require a separate notice from any company that might handle “consumer health data” — and they define that far more broadly than medical records. They cover any information that could reasonably identify something about your health, including a condition you have, care you are seeking, or medication you take.

Time Penny is a planner, not a health app. It does not diagnose anything, does not treat anything, and asks you no health questions. But you can type whatever you like into a task, and some people will type things like “refill Adderall” or “therapy, Thursday 4pm”. That text belongs to you and we never read it to work out anything about you — but because it can exist, these laws can apply to us, and they require us to say so plainly rather than stay quiet and hope.

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with that policy, this notice governs for health data.

What we may hold

Only what you type, dictate, or photograph yourself.

  • Task and routine text. Whatever you write in a task title or note. If you choose to write something health-related there, we are holding it.
  • Dictated text. If you speak a list of tasks, the words become tasks.
  • Photographed documents. If you photograph a bill or letter for the AI features, its contents pass through that feature.
  • Money Deadlines entries. An amount and a date you entered yourself, which could relate to a medical bill if that is what you used it for.

We collect no health data from anywhere else. There is no health API, no pharmacy connection, no wearable, no import from any medical record, and no data bought from anyone. The only source is you.

What we never do with it

  • We never read it to infer a health condition or status. Nothing in the app classifies your text, scores it, or draws conclusions from it.
  • We never sell it. Not to anyone, at any price, in any form. There is no circumstance in which this data is for sale.
  • We never share it for advertising. The app carries no advertising SDK, no tracking pixel, and no cross-app identifier.
  • We never use it to target you, in the app or anywhere else.
  • We do not require it. Every feature works if you never type anything health-related at all.

Who it reaches

Our service providers, and only to the extent needed to run the app:

WhoWhat reaches themWhere
SupabaseStores your tasks if you have an accountUnited States
AnthropicOnly a photograph or dictation you submit, at the moment you tap the buttonUnited States
ResendYour email address. Only if you switch on the weekly recap email: also the names, amounts and due dates of your money deadlines and your penny count, to send that emailUnited States

No affiliate, partner, advertiser or data broker receives any of it, because none exists. We may disclose data if legally compelled, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.

If you use Time Penny without an account, none of it leaves your phone. That is a supported way to use the app, permanently, and it is the strongest privacy choice available to you.

Your rights, and how to use them

Under these laws you may withdraw your consent, have your data deleted, and know what we hold and who received it. Two of those are buttons in the app, and they work immediately without asking us:

  • Delete everything. Settings → Delete my account. Immediate and permanent. Every table cascades from your account record.
  • Stop the usage measurements. Settings → Help improve Time Penny → Off. Takes effect at once.
  • Export what we hold. Settings → Export my data. Free, no account needed, works offline.
  • Withdraw consent, or ask anything else. Email support@highlinedigitalholdings.com and we will act within the time the law allows — 45 days, and sooner in practice.

If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will review it and write back with the outcome and our reasoning. If we deny the appeal, you may complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint, or to the Nevada Attorney General, and we will tell you so at the time.

No third party is authorised to collect health data through this app

We have not granted anyone the ability to collect consumer health data through Time Penny, and we do not intend to. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first — separately, in plain language, and before anything is shared.
